Tandem Parent Shares Stories with Spanish III Classes

Current Tandem parent Kristin Sancken was a guest speaker during Spanish III classes this week. She connected the class text Dos Patrias about push/pull immigration factors between Colombia and Venezuela to family stories about life in Colombia during its civil war. Kristen shared photos about trips to Colombia after the peace accords and brought in traditional molas (embroidered works of art).
